Delete Your Account

Cornerstone Coffee is committed to giving you control over your personal data.

How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Cornerstone Coffee account directly from the app:

1. Open the Cornerstone Coffee app and log in.

2. Go to Account (or Profile) settings.

3. Tap Delete Account.

4. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Your account and associated data will be permanently removed shortly after confirmation.

If you're unable to access the app or need help completing this process, you can also request deletion by emailing us at info@cscoffeecompany.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," using the email address associated with your account.

This Action Is Permanent

Once your account is deleted, this action cannot be undone. You will lose access to your order history, saved preferences, and any account-linked benefits (such as loyalty progress) with your partner coffee shops. If you'd like to use Cornerstone Coffee again in the future, you'll need to create a new account.

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)

• Your order history and saved drink preferences

• Any account credentials

Payment details are processed and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store your full card information ourselves. Deleting your Cornerstone Coffee account removes your payment method reference from our systems; Stripe's own data retention practices are governed separately by their privacy policy.

Data Retained for Legal or Regulatory Reasons

Some transaction records may be retained for a limited period after account deletion where required for legal, tax, or accounting compliance (for example, records of completed payments). This data is retained only as long as legally necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
